Considering Joining the MVCB?

Currently we practice on Monday nights at 7 pm in the Chanhassen High School band room. The school address is 2200 Lyman Blvd. The band room is next to door #33. Please let us know if you will be attending a rehearsal, by emailing the Webmaster at the link on the Home page. This way we can have a chair and music for you. In some cases the director will ask to hear you play (at a later date)...not really an audition, just a way to get acquainted. Our seasons run from February-April, June-July and October-December. We play medium to difficult music.

Current MVCB Membership Information
We welcome members for all instruments with the exception of a few sections, as noted below.
Flute - The MVCB flute section is currently closed with exceptions for college degree in performance. We are also actively looking for an assistant lead flute.
Bassoon - Currently we are in need of a bassoon player. If you are one or know of one who may be interested, please have them contact us.
Tuba - Currently we are in need of a tuba player. If you are one or know of one who may be interested, please have them contact us.
